Omschrijving
In 1907 tot stand gekomen HEK met drie doorgangen gelegen aan de west-, zuid- en oostzijde van de perceelsgrens van het complex Diamantslijperij Asscher. Het hek rust op een gemetselde voeting met ronde en geprofileerde ijzeren colonetten waartussen aan de zuid- en oostzijde ijzeren hekwerk met drievoudig gepunte stijlen en regels. Voor het wachtlokaal, de westvleugel en op de NW-hoek van het perceel bevindt zich elk een toegang met dubbele openslaande hekken. Het hek wordt aan de achterzijde geschraagd door een gebogen en een schuingeplaatste trekstang op een dwarsgemetseld voetstuk met natuurstenen afdekplaat.

Description
FENCE with three passages created in 1907, situated on the west, south and east side of the plot boundary of the Diamantslijperij Asscher complex. The fence rests on a mortared footing with round and profiled iron colonettes between which, on the south and east side, there is iron fencing with threefold pointed stiles and rails. In front of the watchhouse, the west wing and on the NW corner of the plot, there is each an entrance with double hinged gates. The fence is braced on the rear side by a curved and an obliquely positioned tie rod on a transversely mortared base with a natural stone capping plate.

Fencing dating from 1907 of general importance as a historical-functional component of the 'Diamantslijperij Asscher' complex.
