Omschrijving onderdeel 7: KOETSHUIS (op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nummer 7).
Het voormalige KOETSHUIS behorende bij de buitenplaats Boschwijk is thans in gebruik als woonhuis. Al in 1781 wordt ter plaatse van het koetshuis en de bijbehorende schuur bebouwing aangegeven op de kaart van H. van Hooff. In 1839 werd, getuige de gevelsteen, het huidige koetshuis met koetsierswoning gebouwd. In de steen staat "De eerste steen gelegd door O R Feith 1839".
Het deels onderkelderde, één bouwlaag hoge pand met een door blauwe oudhollandse pannen gedekt omgaand schilddak met zakgoot -tegenwoordig voorzien van plat dak- had oorspronkelijk in de oostgevel twee inrijpoorten. De rechter inrijpoort is in het verleden dichtgezet en in de linker bevindt zich een moderne inbouw. In enkele dakschilden is een moderne dakkapel aangebracht. In de westgevel bevinden zich vier schuifvensters met zesruits bovenlichten en een entree met vierruits bovenlicht.
In het door enkele verbouwingen niet geheel oorspronkelijke INTERIEUR bevindt zich ondermeer de oorspronkelijke tuigenkast. De bestrating in het koetshuis geeft de oorspronkelijke functie van het gebouw aan.
Waardering
Het VOORMALIG KOETSHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Boschwijk is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de bouw- en bewoningsgeschiedenis;
- vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de andere onderdelen van de buitenplaats;
- vanwege de kenmerkende ligging binnen de buitenplaats.

Description
Description of component 7: COACH HOUSE (indicated on the accompanying map with number 7).
The former COACH HOUSE belonging to the country estate Boschwijk is now used as a dwelling. Already in 1781 buildings are indicated at the location of the coach house and its associated barn on the map of H. van Hooff. In 1839, as evidenced by the foundation stone, the present coach house with coachman's dwelling was built. In the stone it reads "The first stone laid by O R Feith 1839".
The partially cellared, single-storey building with a hipped roof covered with blue traditional Dutch tiles with a valley gutter—presently fitted with a flat roof—originally had two carriage doors in the east facade. The right carriage door was closed off in the past and in the left is a modern insertion. In some roof tiles a modern roof dormer has been inserted. In the west facade are four sash windows with six-pane fanlights and an entrance with a four-pane fanlight.
In the INTERIOR, which is not entirely original due to some alterations, are among other things the original harness cabinet. The paving in the coach house indicates the original function of the building.
