Onderdeel 2. Historische tuin- en parkaanleg (Zuiderzeestraatweg by 417, op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 2) Het karakter van het park wordt bepaald door de historische verkavelingstructuur van de middeleeuwse cope-ontginning. De formele aanleg van het park gaat in ieder geval tot in de 18de eeuw terug. Bij gebrek aan kaartmateriaal kan geen exacte datering gegeven worden. De landschappelijke component dateert van halverwege de 19de eeuw. Het park loopt van noordwest naar zuidoost en strekt zich uit vanaf de Zuiderzeestraatweg tot aan de Bovenheigraaf. Aan de noordoostkant loopt over de hele lengte een onverharde oprijlaan met beuken beplant. Aan de zuidwestzijde een dito laan die over vrijwel de hele lengte met eiken is beplant. Aan het begin van de oprijlaan aan de Zuiderzeestraatweg staat een toegangshek (onderdeel 4). Aan de zuidwestzijde grenst de beschermde buitenplaats De Oldhorst aan het complex. Het terrein van de Vollenhof is in vierkante en rechthoekige vakken verdeeld, waarin park, wandel, en hakhoutbossen, bouw- en weilanden elkaar ritmisch afwisselen. De rechthoekige structuur wordt op ongeveer eenderde van het terrein doorsneden door het schuin weglopende Kerkepad dat zich voortzet over het terrein van de Oldhorst. Omstreeks 1850 is een slingerpad, de Kromme weg, aangelegd door een bosgebied dat parallel loopt met de verkaveling. Het park bestaat uit de volgende elementen van historisch belang, waarvan de opsomming vanaf de straatweg begint.
- Oprijlaan aan de noordoostkant van het complex, lopend van de Zuiderzeestraatweg tot aan de Bovenheigraaf. De oprijlaan is aan beide zijden met beuken ingeplant
- Laan aan de zuidwestkant van het complex, lopend van de Zuiderzeestraatweg tot aan de Bovenheigraaf, grotendeels aan weerskanten met eiken beplant (de Kromme weg).
- Twee naast elkaar gelegen vierkante vakken die in de 19de eeuw met een sterrenbos waren ingeplant en thans als weiland in gebruik zijn
- Twee naast elkaar gelegen rechthoekige vakken waarvan het noordoostelijke vak bestaat uit een omgracht deel waarbinnen het hoofdgebouw (onderdeel1), koetshuis (onderdeel 3) en de moestuin met vier koude bakken (onderdeel 5) liggen. Het zuidwestelijke vak is als weiland ingericht. Dit terrein is met hagen (beukenhaag en haagbeuk) omgeven. Op de scheiding met de Oldhorst loopt het zogenoemde Laantje van Vermaak. Het laantje ligt buiten de haag. Bij het huis, binnen de omgrachting, staan een tulpenboom en een bruine beuk.
- Een rechthoekig vak waarbinnen het boerderijcomplex ligt (zie hiervoor onderdeel 6). Dit vak wordt schuin doorsneden door de oost-west lopende Kerkweg. Ten noorden van de Kerkweg is het terrein als weiland in gebruik, ten zuiden als bos.
- Een rechthoekig vak (de Kleine en Grote Koewei) dat als weiland wordt gebruikt
- Een rechthoekig vak waarvan het zuidwestelijk deel als wandelbos met slingerpad is aangelegd; het noordoostelijke deel, voorheen het Fazantenbosch, wordt thans als bouwland gebruikt.
- Een rechthoekig vak, voorheen de kleine en groote Jufferenbosch, dat voor een deel als bos en voor een deel als bouwland wordt gebruikt.

Component 2. Historic garden and park layout (Zuiderzeestraatweg no. 417, indicated on the accompanying map with no. 2) The character of the park is determined by the historic subdivision structure of the medieval cope reclamation. The formal layout of the park dates back at least to the 18th century. In the absence of cartographic material, no precise dating can be given. The landscape component dates from the middle of the 19th century. The park runs from northwest to southeast and extends from the Zuiderzeestraatweg to the Bovenheigraaf. On the northeast side, an unmade carriageway planted with beeches runs along the entire length. On the southwest side, a similarly planted lane with oaks extending almost the entire length. At the beginning of the carriageway at the Zuiderzeestraatweg stands an entrance gate (component 4). On the southwest side, the protected country estate De Oldhorst adjoins the complex.
