Omschrijving
Onderdeel 7, voormalige tuinmanswoning (Vollenhofsweg 6, op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 7) Voormalige tuinmanswoning. In 1919-1920 in opdracht van de toenmalige eigenaar van de Vollenhof gebouwde tuinmanswoning. Het gebouw staat op een vrijwel vierkante plattegrond, is één bouwlaag met zolderverdieping hoog, is opgetrokken uit rode baksteen en wordt door een tentdak met topschoorsteen afgesloten. De voor- en achtergevel zijn hoger opgetrokken dan de zijgevels. In de voor- en achtergevel kruiskozijnen met segmentboogvormige ontlastingsbogen en beschilderde luiken. Ook de beide deuren in de voorgevel hebben een dergelijke ontlastingboog. In de lage zijgevels bevinden zich kelderopeningen (in de rechterzijgevel dichtgezet) en vensters met luiken.

Description
Component 7, former gardener's residence (Vollenhofsweg 6, indicated on the accompanying map as no. 7) Former gardener's residence. Built in 1919-1920 on the orders of the then owner of the Vollenhof. The building stands on an approximately square ground plan, is one storey with attic storey in height, is constructed of red brick and is terminated by a hipped roof with roof stack. The front and rear facades are raised higher than the side facades. In the front and rear facades are cross windows with segmental arch relieving arches and painted shutters.
