Omschrijving onderdeel 18: PORTIERSWONING AAN DE ZUYLENLAAN.
Rode bakstenen portierswoning uit circa 1910 op rechthoekige grondslag onder met geglazuurde Oud-Hollandse pannen in rood en groen gedekt puntdak met centrale schoorsteen. Aan de voorzijde (oprijlaanzijde) centraal gelegen de entree met bovenlicht met aan weerszijden een venstertravee met meerruits schuiframen. Aan de overige gevels is de woning eveneens van meerruits schuiframen voorzien van luiken met aan de onderzijde zandlopervormig motief in rood en wit Aan de achterzijde een aanbouw onder lessenaarsdak.

De PORTIERSWONING AAN DE ZUYLENLAAN is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang vanwege:

Description
Description component 18: PORTER'S LODGE AT THE ZUYLENLAAN.
Red brick porter's lodge from circa 1910 on rectangular plan, covered with glazed Dutch-style tiles in red and green under a pitched roof with central chimney. At the front (drive approach side) centrally located the entrance with fanlight with on either side a window bay with multi-pane sash windows. On the other facades the lodge is likewise furnished with multi-pane sash windows with shutters with hourglass-shaped motif in red and white at the lower side. At the rear an outbuilding under catslide roof.
Valuation
The PORTER'S LODGE AT THE ZUYLENLAAN is of general importance in terms of cultural heritage because of:
