Omschrijving onderdeel 12 (bij Vierakkersestraatweg 33-34): TUINBANK.
Ornamentele natuurstenen tuinbank, gesitueerd tussen de brug (onderdeel 7) het landhuis (onderdeel 1) en de tuinmuur (onderdeel 6). De tuinbank werd in 1933 opgebouwd met materialen die vrijkwamen bij de afbraak van de bordestrap aan de voor (zuidwest-)zijde van het huis. De leuning van de bank vertoont de wapens van Van der Heijden van Doornenburg en Van Voorst tot Voorst.
WAARDERING
De TUINBANK is in cultuurhistorische opzicht van algemeen belang vanwege:
- de hoge ornamentele en ensemblewaarde;
- de historische waarde in relatie met de bouwgeschiedenis van het landhuis.

Description of component 12 (at Vierakkersestraatweg 33-34): GARDEN BENCH.
Ornamental stone garden bench, situated between the bridge (component 7) the country house (component 1) and the garden wall (component 6). The garden bench was erected in 1933 with materials that became available from the demolition of the front steps on the front (south-west) side of the house. The back rest of the bench displays the arms of Van der Heijden van Doornenburg and Van Voorst tot Voorst.
VALUATION
The GARDEN BENCH is of general importance in terms of cultural history because of:
- the high ornamental and ensemble value;
- the historical value in relation to the building history of the country house.
