Omschrijving onderdeel 8 (bij Vierakkersestraatweg 36-38): DRUIVENKAS.
DRUIVENKAS uit het einde van de 18de eeuw. Tegen de achterzijde van de in de negentiende eeuw gebouwde uitbreiding van het koetshuis door middel van een stenen schuur bevindt zich een eenvoudige vermoedelijk laat 18de-eeuwse DRUIVENKAS met in kruisverband gemetselde gevels en een glazen lessenaarsdak, bestaande uit verschuifbare panelen. In de zijgevel bevindt zich een toegangsdeur. In de achtergevel van de kas, die sinds de bouw van de schuur deel uitmaakt van de gevel van de schuur, een bouwspoor van een oude toegangsdeur, van waaruit de gevolgtrekking gemaakt kan worden dat de kas reeds bestond toen de schuur werd gebouwd.

Description of component 8 (at Vierakkersestraatweg 36-38): GRAPE HOUSE.
GRAPE HOUSE from the end of the 18th century. Against the rear side of the expansion of the coach house built in the nineteenth century by means of a brick barn is a simple, presumably late 18th-century GRAPE HOUSE with gables laid in Flemish bond and a glazed lean-to roof, consisting of sliding panels. In the side gable there is an access door. In the rear gable of the greenhouse, which since the construction of the barn has formed part of the gable of the barn, a construction trace of an old access door, from which the conclusion can be drawn that the greenhouse already existed when the barn was built.
VALUATION
The GRAPE HOUSE is of general cultural-historical importance because of:
- the main form, the integrity and the care in detailing;
