Omschrijving onderdeel 4 (bij Vierakkersestraatweg 36-38): BAKSTENEN SCHUUR.
BAKSTENEN SCHUUR, gelegen aan de zuidwestzijde van het uit de achttiende eeuw daterende koetshuis. Parallel aan de driebeukige schuur aan de zuidwest zijde hiervan bevindt zich deze schuur, in kruisverband gemetseld (rode baksteen) en opgetrokken op een rechthoekig grondvlak. Het zadeldak is met gesmoorde Oud Hollandse pannen belegd en voorzien van houten windveren met geveltoptekens. De voorgevel is symmetrisch ingedeeld met een rechthoekig afgesloten en van een kozijn voorziene staldeuropening en twee rondboogvormig afgesloten stalraampjes aan weerszijden ervan. De gevel is voorzien van vlechtingen. In de rechter zijgevel is gebruikt materiaal hergebruikt. De gevel is niet in verband gemetseld en heeft twee rechthoekige muuropeningen, afgesloten met een luik. De achtergevel vertoont eveneens restanten van ouder metselwerk. Vermoedelijk heeft zich ook aan deze zijde een grote staldeuropening bevonden. De twee rondboogvormige stalraampjes zijn nog wel aanwezig, alsmede een korfboogvormig staldeurtje en een vierkant raam links. De linker zijgevel heeft twee staldeuropeningen en twee ronde muuropeningen.
WAARDERING
De BAKSTENEN SCHUUR is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang vanwege:
- de ouderdom;
- de hoofdvorm en het materiaalgebruik;
- de ornamentele en hoge ensemblewaarde in de parkaanleg van de historische buitenplaats.

Description of component 4 (at Vierakkersestraatweg 36-38): BRICK BARN.
BRICK BARN, situated on the southwest side of the coach house dating from the eighteenth century. Parallel to the three-aisle barn on the southwest side of it is this barn, laid in Flemish bond (red brick) and built on a rectangular ground plan. The gabled roof is covered with suppressed Old Dutch tiles and provided with wooden roof boards with gable ridge markers. The front facade is symmetrically arranged with a rectangular terminated and provided with a frame stable door opening and two round-arch shaped stable windows on either side of it. The gable is provided with decorative brickwork. In the right side gable reused material has been used. The gable is not laid in bond and has two rectangular wall openings, closed with a shutter. The rear facade likewise shows remains of older brickwork. Presumably there was also a large stable door opening on this side. The two round-arch shaped stable windows are still present, as well as a basket-arch shaped small stable door and a square window to the left. The left side gable has two stable door openings and two round wall openings.
VALUATION
The BRICK BARN is of general cultural-historical importance because of:

- the main form and the use of materials;
- the ornamental and high ensemble value in the park layout of the historical country estate.
