Omschrijving onderdeel 5: DIENSTWONING.
Witgepleisterde voormalige jachtopzienerswoning onder met grijze pannen gedekt zadeldak, op grijs geschilderde plint. De woning dateert uit circa 1900 en is gesitueerd aan het begin van de zuidelijke van de drie lanen (één van de drie ingangen naar het binnenpark van Burgst), die radiaalsgewijs vanaf de oprit van landhuis Burgst zijn aangelegd.
Voor(entree-)gevel: een in drie gepleisterde vakken met rustica-motief ingedeelde gevel met centraal de entreedeur met bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden schuiframen. Op de verdieping boven de entree een vierruits dakkapel onder zadeldak.
Zijgevels: in de topgevel een drieruits schuifvenster. Het dak is aan de zijgevels van een ornamentele lijst voorzien.

De DIENSTWONING is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- de architectuurhistorische waarde als goed voorbeeld van een aan de entree van een buitenplaats gelegen dienstwoning uit circa 1900. En de specifieke architectonische vormgeving van een dienstwoning uit circa 1900 die gezien de situering aan de entree van een buitenplaats een respresentatieve functie heeft;

Description
Description of component 5: SERVANTS' DWELLING.
Whitewashed former gamekeeper's lodge under a grey tile-covered gabled roof, on a grey-painted plinth. The dwelling dates from circa 1900 and is situated at the beginning of the southern of the three avenues (one of the three entrances to the inner park of Burgst), which are laid out radially from the drive of country house Burgst.
Front (entrance) gable: a gable divided into three whitewashed sections with rustica-motif containing centrally the entrance door with fanlight. On either side sash windows. On the storey above the entrance a four-light roof dormer under a gabled roof.
Side gables: in the top gable a three-light sash window. The roof is provided with an ornamental moulding on the side gables.

The SERVANTS' DWELLING is of general importance because of:
