Omschrijving onderdeel 3. Koetshuis annex oranjerie (Hal by 13A, 5296 PZ Esch, op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 3).
Ten westen van het huis staat een vroeg 19de-eeuws bakstenen pand van één bouwlaag onder een met blauwe pannen gedekt afgewolfd zadeldak. Aan de noordzijde is een lagere en kortere stal in gele baksteen aangebouwd die met een lessenaarsdak is aangekapt op het zadeldak. De bakstenen gevels zijn gemetseld in kruisverband. Oorspronkelijk deed het gebouw dienst als koetshuis en oranjerie. Thans is het verbouwd en in gebruik als kantoor. De oostgevel heeft een symmetrische indeling met centraal een iets verbrede toegang met gebogen bovenlicht, een dubbel hooiluik met smal bovenlicht geflankeerd door een ijzeren rondboogvenster. Aan weerskanten van de toegang dubbele inrijdeuren onder een licht getoogde strek. Vlechtingen langs de gevels. Aan de zuidkant spitsboogvensters en -deuren. In de risaliet in het midden van de gevel een dubbele deur onder lichte toog. In de noordelijke stalgevel twee deuren en drie vensters met luiken. Drie getoogde kelderlichten. De westgevel heeft geen vermeldenswaardige aspecten. In het interieur is de onderkelderde opkamer (karnlokaal) met rode en gele plavuizen bewaard gebleven. De kelder is via een luik te betreden. Afdekking troggewelven op ijzeren balken. Rode plavuizen op de vloer. Pekelbakken. Kelderlichten met diefijzers. Van de oorspronkelijke constructie zijn de gebinten in het zicht gelaten.

Description component 3. Coach house annex orangery (Hal by 13A, 5296 PZ Esch, indicated on the accompanying map with no. 3).
West of the house stands an early 19th-century brick building of one storey beneath a gabled roof covered with blue tiles and arched on vault. On the north side a lower and shorter stable in yellow brick is adjoined with a half-hip roof capping onto the gabled roof. The brick facades are laid in common bond. Originally the building served as a coach house and orangery. It is now converted and used as an office. The east facade has a symmetrical layout with centrally a slightly widened entrance with curved fanlight, a double hay door with narrow fanlight flanked by an iron round-arched window. On either side of the entrance double carriage doors beneath a lightly arched stone band. Wattle-work along the facades. On the south side pointed-arched windows and doors. In the risalite in the middle of the facade a double door under light arch. In the northern stable facade two doors and three windows with shutters. Three arched cellar lights. The west facade has no noteworthy aspects. In the interior the undercellared milk room (churn room) with red and yellow floor tiles has been preserved. The cellar is accessible via a hatch. Barrel-vault ceilings on iron beams. Red floor tiles. Pickling tubs. Cellar lights with theft-bars. The original roof truss structure is left exposed.
