TUINBANK (POMPHUIS) behorende tot de buitenplaats Nijenhuis.
Tot de tuin- en parkaanleg behoort een elegante groen geschilderde houten tuinbank met spijlenleuning in empirestijl. Op de leuning van de bank is een plaatje aangebracht met de inscriptie: 'Geliefde zitplaats van den Oud-Raadpensionaris Rutger Jan (Schimmelpenninck) in zijne laatste levensdagen'. De tuinbank dateert uit het begin van de 19de eeuw. De bank is tijdelijk opgeslagen in het pomphuis.

GARDEN BENCH (PUMP HOUSE) belonging to the country estate Nijenhuis.
The garden and park layout includes an elegant green-painted wooden garden bench with spindle back in Empire style. On the back of the bench a plaque is mounted with the inscription: 'Beloved sitting place of the Former Raadpensionaris Rutger Jan (Schimmelpenninck) in his final days'. The garden bench dates from the beginning of the 19th century. The bench is temporarily stored in the pump house.
