POMPHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Nijenhuis.
Ten noorden van het noordelijke bouwhuis ligt het voomalige pomphuis. Het kleine rechthoekige gebouw van rode baksteen bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een schilddak gedekt met gesmoorde Oud-Hollandse pannen. In de voorgevel (zuid) twee eenvoudige deuren met rechts een dubbel openslaand meerruits venster met meerruits kantelbovenlicht, voorzien van halve luiken met zandlopermotief.
In de achtergevel (noord) een eenvoudige deur met links een venster als in de voorgevel zonder luiken. In de westgevel twee vensters als in de voorgevel. In de oostgevel een houten kruisvenster voorzien van meeruits ramen. Inwendig meet- en regelkasten van de pompinstallatie en borden met gebruiksaanwijzing van deze installatie. Het pomphuis dateert uit het einde van de 19de of het begin van de 20ste eeuw.

Het POMPHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Nijenhuis is van algemeen belang:

Description
PUMP HOUSE belonging to the country estate Nijenhuis.
North of the northern outbuilding lies the former pump house. The small rectangular building of red brick consists of one storey under a hipped roof covered with aged Dutch clay tiles. In the front facade (south) two simple doors and to the right a double casement multi-paned window with multi-paned tilting fanlight, provided with half shutters with hourglass motif.
In the rear facade (north) a simple door with to the left a window as in the front facade without shutters. In the west facade two windows as in the front facade. In the east facade a wooden cross window provided with multi-paned sashes. Internally measuring and control cabinets of the pump installation and boards with operating instructions for this installation. The pump house dates from the end of the 19th or the beginning of the 20th century.
