Omschrijving
In de ZW-hoek van het perceel gelegen voormalige PASTORIE. Tegenwoordig op rechthoekig grondplan; oorspronkelijk op een T-vormig grondplan. De bebouwing in de oksels is later in dezelfde stijl bijgebouwd. Gevels in roodbruine baksteen in staand verband en met banden in siermetselwerk bij de blinde geveldelen. Hoge gemetselde plint in donkere steen en met natuurstenen lijst. Verder afwisselend gebruik van natuursteen bij speklagen en hoek- en sluitstenen en dorpels. De voormalige pastorie bestaat grotendeels uit vier bouwlagen: een souterrain, een bel-etage, een verdieping en een kapverdieping en wordt gedekt door een combinatie van twee schilddaken met blauwgrijze platte pannen. Aan de noordzijde worden twee bouwdelen van verschillende hoogte door een plat dak afgesloten. Eenvoudige dakkapellen en hoge gemetselde schoorstenen en geprofileerde gootlijst op gemetselde consoles waartussen tand- en verdere sierlijst. Aan de 's Gravesandestraat in het lagere bouwdeel een diepe portiek met vijf treden en onder gemetselde boog op natuurstenen kraagstenen. Eenvoudige toegangsdeur. Links een breed meervoudig geleed venster onder arcade van drie kleine bogen met spaarvelden. Het rechterdeel van de gevel is twee vensterassen breed. Gekoppelde vensters van het souterrain en meervoudig gelede vensters onder enkele gedrukte of gekoppelde bogen met spaarvelden en deels met glas-in-lood raamvulling in de bovenlichten. De achtergevel heeft op de bel-etage een ondiepe erker onder platte afdekking en verder brede meervoudig gelede vensters met tuimelramen. Aan de noordzijde bevinden zich in een kleine zijgevel enkele oplopende en smalle vensters van het trappenhuis.
Waardering
Voormalige pastorie van algemeen belang wegens cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex St. Elisabethgesticht.

Former RECTORY located on the south-western corner of the plot. Currently on a rectangular plan; originally on a T-shaped plan. The buildings in the angles were built later in the same style. Facades in red-brown brick in stretcher bond and with decorative brickwork bands at the blind facade sections. High brick plinth in dark stone and with natural stone moulding. Further alternating use of natural stone for string courses and corner stones and lintels. The former rectory consists largely of four storeys: a basement, a principal floor, a first floor and an attic storey and is covered by a combination of two hipped roofs with blue-grey flat tiles. On the north side two building sections of different heights are finished with a flat roof. Simple roof dormers and high brick chimneys and moulded cornice on brick consoles with toothed and further decorative moulding between them. On the 's Gravesandestraat side in the lower building section a deep portico with five steps and under a brick arch on natural stone corbels. Simple entrance door. On the left a broad multi-paned window under an arcade of three small arches with spandrels. The right part of the facade is two window-bays wide. Coupled windows of the basement and multi-paned windows under single depressed or coupled arches with spandrels and partly with leaded glass filling in the fanlights. The rear facade has a shallow bay window on the principal floor under a flat covering and further broad multi-paned windows with pivot sashes. On the north side in a small side facade there are several rising and narrow windows of the stairwell.
Valuation
Former rectory of general importance due to its cultural and architectural-historical value as a historically-functional component of the St. Elisabeth Institution complex.
