Omschrijving onderdeel 11:
KINDERHUISJE. Bakstenen kinderhuisje op vierkante grondslag, waarvan de twee achter(zuid-)hoeken zijn afgeschuind, onder rieten tentdak met overstek en met schoorsteen op nokpunt. Het huisje werd omstreeks 1920 in het parkgedeelte direct achter het huis in late Amsterdamse school-stijl opgetrokken. Het huisje heeft centraal aan de oost- en noordzijde een dubbele beglaasde meerruitsterrasdeur met aan de noordzijde aan weerszijden hiervan een halfronde uitgebouwde bakstenen bloembak. Aan de westzijde een dubbel openslaand meerruits venster. Aan de zuidzijde een rechthoekige uitbouw met halfronde afsluiting van de inwendig aan deze zijde gesitueerde schoorsteen. Aan weerszijden hiervan en aan weerszijden van de vensters aan de west- en noordzijde een uitbouwde bakstenen bank met zitting van gebakken tegels.

CHILDREN'S HOUSE. Small brick cottage on a square footprint, with the two rear (south) corners chamfered, covered with a thatched roof with overhang and with a chimney on the ridge. The cottage was built around 1920 in the park area directly behind the house in the late Amsterdam School style. The cottage has centrally on the east and north sides a double glazed multi-pane terrace door, with on the north side on either side of this a half-round projecting brick flower box. On the west side a double-opening multi-pane window. On the south side a rectangular extension with half-round enclosure of the chimney positioned internally on this side. On either side of this and on either side of the windows on the west and north sides a projecting brick bench with a seat of fired tiles.
