Omschrijving onderdeel 7:
DIENSTWONING (voorheen boerderij). Rode bakstenen dienstwoning op rechthoekige grondslag onder met rode pannen gedekt zadeldak, gebouwd in 1821, enkele jaren nadat het Huis de Moeren is gebouwd: op de voordeurstijl staat de volgden inscriptie: Out Huyse 1821. De pal aan de Moersebaan gelegen voorgevel vertoont aan de rechter zijde centraal een toegangsdeur uit ca. 1900 met bovenlicht met levensboom-ornament, met aan weerszijden een 6-ruitsvenster met luiken. Links hiervan een deur met 3-ruitsbovenlicht en aan de linkerzijde een dubbele toegangspoort met getoogd 4-ruits bovenlicht. Rechter gevel: in de topgevel een kloosterkozijn met luik; beganegronds aan de rechter zijde in een enkel kozijn twee naast elkaar geplaatste 6-ruitsvensters met luiken. Op kelderniveau twee kleine vensters met diefijzers. De woning werd aan het einde van de 20ste eeuw gerestaureerd.

SERVANTS' COTTAGE (formerly farmhouse). Red brick servants' cottage on a rectangular footprint, covered with a gabled roof with red tiles, built in 1821, a few years after Huis de Moeren was built: on the front door frame is the following inscription: Out Huyse 1821. The front facade, situated directly on Moersebaan, shows on the right side centrally an entrance door from circa 1900 with a fanlight decorated with a tree-of-life ornament, with a 6-pane window with shutters on either side. To the left of this a door with a 3-pane fanlight and on the left side a double entrance gate with an arched 4-pane fanlight. Right facade: in the gable a cross window with shutter; at ground floor on the right side in a single frame two 6-pane windows with shutters placed side by side. At basement level two small windows with security bars. The cottage was restored at the end of the 20th century.
