Inleiding
Halfopen KARSCHOP, opgetrokken in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant en daterend uit tweede helft achttiende eeuw-eerste kwart negentiende eeuw. Gelegen achter op het erf van een langgevelboerderij met schuren, buiten de bebouwde kom aan een ontginningsweg te midden van de weilanden en akkers.
Omschrijving
Het halfopen karschop op rechthoekige plattegrond heeft een zadeldak van golfplaat. Wanden deels gerabat, deels open. Inwendig een eiken ankerbalkconstructie met driehoeksspanten. Hooizolder.

Het halfopen karschop is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een halfopen karschop behorend bij een betrekkelijk gaaf en omvangrijk bewaard gebleven samenstel van langgevelboerderij met vrijstaande schuren voor onderscheiden doeleinden. Het karschop heeft architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de in- en uitwendig gaaf behouden hoofdstructuur en het traditionele materiaalgebruik alsmede vanwege onderdelen van het interieur.
