Inleiding
LANGGEVELBOERDERIJ, wellicht oorspronkelijk met middenlangsdeel, opgetrokken in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant en daterend uit XVIIIB-XIXa. Samen met een schaapskooi, een halfopen karschop en een schuur gelegen buiten de bebouwde kom aan een ontginningsweg te midden van de weilanden en akkers.
Omschrijving
Eenlaagse langgevelboerderij onder rieten zadeldak met wolfseinden. Het pand is opgetrokken uit roodbruine handvormbaksteen, gedeeltelijk in kruisverband. De korte achtergevel is jonger. Het bedrijfsgedeelte heeft aan een zijde deels rode, deels gesmoorde Hollandse pannen, het wolfseinde rode muldenpannen. Een gemetselde schoorsteen staat op de nok boven het woongedeelte. De lange zuidgevel met de hoofdingang heeft een deur met gedeeld bovenlicht en aan weerszijden T-kozijnen met 14-ruits bovenlicht en twee 9-ruits draairamen. Voorts een staldeur onder segmentboog en een dubbele deur onder segmentboog met strekken en aan weerszijden een klein venster met kruisroedenraam en lekdorpel. De oostgevel is jonger. De andere lange gevel heeft een vernieuwd tweedelig venster met lekdorpel en deur ter plaatse van de woning. Bedrijfsgedeelte met deur en klein venster met kruisroedenraam. De later vernieuwde korte westgevel is symmetrisch van opzet. Wellicht oorspronkelijk met dubbele deeldeur die toegang gaf tot een middenlangsdeel. Uiterst links en rechts bouwnaden. In het midden ter plaats van een oorspronkelijke, nu dichtgezette deuropening onder segmentboog een 6-ruits getoogd betonvenster. Aan weerszijden een getoogd 6-ruits stalraam van ijzer. Op zolderniveau een hooiluik. Staafankers.
Waardering
De langgevelboerderij uit XVIIIB-XIXa is van algemeen belang. Het pand heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een streekeigen boerderijtype. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde wegens de in- en uitwendig gaaf bewaard gebleven hoofdstructuur en onderdelen van het interieur, de harmonische verhoudingen en ambachtelijk toegepaste traditionele bouwmaterialen. De boerderij heeft in combinatie met de bijbehorende schaapskooi, schuur en karschop ensemblewaarde. De boerderij is straatbeeldbepalend.

LONG-WALL FARMHOUSE, possibly originally with central passage section, built in skilled-traditional building practice and dating from the second half of the 18th century-first half of the 19th century. Together with a sheep pen, a half-open cart shed and a barn, situated outside the built-up area on a reclaimed land road amidst meadows and fields.
Description
Single-storey long-wall farmhouse under thatched gabled roof with half-hipped ends. The building is built from reddish-brown handmade brickwork, partly in cross bond. The short rear facade is more recent. The business section has on one side partly red, partly grey Dutch tiles, the half-hipped end red curved pantiles. A brick chimney stands on the ridge above the residential section. The long south facade with the main entrance has a door with divided fanlight and on either side T-windows with 14-pane fanlight and two 9-pane casement windows. Furthermore a stable door under a segmental arch and a double door under a segmental arch with bands and on either side a small window with cross-lattice window and drip moulding. The east facade is more recent. The other long facade has a renewed two-part window with drip moulding and door in the residential area. Business section with door and small window with cross-lattice window. The later renewed short west facade is symmetrical in layout. Possibly originally with double dividing door that gave access to a central passage section. On the far left and right construction joints. In the centre in place of an original, now blocked door opening under a segmental arch a 6-pane arched concrete window. On either side an arched 6-pane iron stable window. On attic level a hay loft opening. Rod anchors.
Valuation
The long-wall farmhouse from the second half of the 18th century-first half of the 19th century is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical value as an example of a regional farmhouse type. It has architectural-historical value due to the internally and externally well-preserved main structure and interior components, the harmonious proportions and skilled application of traditional building materials. The farmhouse, in combination with the associated sheep pen, barn and cart shed, has ensemble value. The farmhouse is character-determining in the streetscape.
