Vrijstaand stenen BAKHUIS uit XVIII, opgetrokken in Ambachtelijk-traditionele trant.
Omschrijving
Het in de lengteas van de boerderij aan de overzijde van een zandweg gelegen kleine bakhuis is op rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken uit oranjerode IJsselsteen die later gepleisterd is. Het heeft topgevels met aanzetstenen en een zadeldak van rode en gesmoorde Hollandse golfpannen. In de voorgevel bevinden zich links een deur en rechts een rechthoekig venster met kruisroedenraam. Staafankers. De overige gevels zijn blind.
Waardering
Het BAKHUIS uit XVIII is van algemeen belang. Het object heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een vrijstaand bakhuis, behorend bij een boerderij op een landgoed. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de in- en uitwendig betrekkelijk gaaf behouden hoofdstructuur en het traditionele materiaalgebruik. Het object maakt samen met een landhuis, een bijbehorend tuinfolly, een boerderij en een karschop deel uit van het landgoed Sterrebos, waardoor het ensemblewaarde met grote landschappelijke betekenis heeft.

Description
The small bakehouse, located along the length axis of the farmhouse on the opposite side of a sand road, is built on a rectangular plan from orange-red IJsselstone which was later plastered. It has stepped gables with abutment stones and a gabled roof of red and smoked Dutch roof tiles. In the front facade there is a door on the left and a rectangular window with cross-glazed frame on the right. Rod anchors. The remaining facades are blank.
Valuation
The BAKEHOUSE from the 18th century is of general importance. The object has cultural-historical value as an example of a detached bakehouse belonging to a farmhouse on an estate. It has architectural-historical value due to the relatively well-preserved main structure both inside and outside and the traditional use of materials. The object together with a manor house, an associated garden folly, a farmhouse and a cart shed form part of the Sterrebos estate, whereby it has ensemble value with considerable landscape significance.
