Omschrijving onderdeel 5: APPELDROOGHUISJE.
Inleiding
APPELDROOGHUISJE onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats Het Medler gelegen tussen het westelijke en oostelijke eiland. Het huisje is opgetrokken in baksteen bestaande uit een bouwlaag met rechthoekige plattegrond afgesloten door een zadeldak gedekt met holle pannen.
Omschrijving
In de voorgevel bevindt zich een rechthoekige houten paneeldeur afgesloten door een rollaag. Deze gevel eindigt in een topgevel. De overige gevels zijn blinde gevels. Het zadeldak is gedekt met holle pannen. Op de nok bevindt zich een gemetselde stenen vierkante schoorsteen.
In het interieur bevindt zich centraal tegen de achtergevel het rookkanaal met daarin drie luikopeningen en een brandgat. Aan weerszijden van het rookkanaal bevindt zich een houten geklampte deur waarachter vijf laden voor het drogen van fruit.

Introduction
APPLE DRYING HOUSE component of the historical country estate Het Medler situated between the western and eastern island. The house is built in brick consisting of one storey with rectangular floor plan closed off by a gabled roof covered with curved tiles.
Description
In the front facade is a rectangular wooden panelled door closed off by a rolling shutter. This facade ends in a step gable. The remaining facades are blind facades. The gabled roof is covered with curved tiles. On the ridge is a built brick square chimney.
In the interior centrally against the rear facade is the smoke duct with three hatch openings and a fire opening. On either side of the smoke duct is a wooden clamped door behind which are five drawers for drying fruit.
