Omschrijving onderdeel 6:
BOERDERIJ met SCHUUR gebouwd als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats "Het Schol" gelegen ten zuidwesten van het hoofdgebouw. De boerderij met rechthoekige plattegrond is van het type hallehuis bestaande uit een bouwlaag afgesloten door een afgewolfd zadeldak. In de voorgevel bevindt zich een geklampte deur met drie-ruits bovenlicht met links van de deur een vierruits schuifraam (oorspronkelijk), met rechts van de deur twee negen-ruits schuiframen (dubbel glas). De vensters worden aan weerszijden geflankeerd door luiken. Onder het wolfseind bevindt zich een klein geklampt luik. In de zijgevels bevindt zich een aantal geklampte staldeuren en spinnekopvensters. In de achtergevel bevinden zich de deeldeuren aan weerszijden geflankeerd door een rondvenster met diagonale roedenverdeling. De boerderij heeft zijn oorspronkelijke agrarische functie verloren, derhalve is glas geplaatst in de staldeuropeningen, een aantal dakramen aangebracht en een tweede schoorsteen geplaatst. In het interieur is de oorspronkelijke plattegrond grotendeels nog herkenbaar aan de aanwezigheid van de brandmuur als scheiding tussen voor- en achterhuis en de hoger gelegen vloer van de opkamer met kelder. In het interieur bevindt zich tevens een aantal oorspronkelijke interieuronderdelen zoals bijvoorbeeld een balkenplafond, ankerbalkgebinten, hilde, deuromlijstingen en schoorsteenmantel. De schuur met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaat uit een bouwlaag afgesloten door een zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde muldenpannen. In de gevels met trasraam en rollaag bevinden zich rechtgesloten deuropeningen aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een betonnen latei met geklampte kraalschroten deuren en gietijzeren zesruits ramen. De rechterzijgevel is opgetrokken in een nieuwe steen, de voorgevel is gewijzigd, de achtergevel (nieuwe deuren) en linkerzijgevel zijn grotendeels oorspronkelijk. Op het erf staan nog enkele fruitbomen als restant van een voormalige bongerd.

FARMHOUSE with BARN built as part of the historical country estate "Het Schol" located to the south-west of the main building. The farmhouse with rectangular plan is of the hall-house type consisting of a single storey closed by a curved gabled roof. In the front facade is a clamped door with three-pane fanlight with to the left of the door a four-pane sash window (original), with to the right of the door two nine-pane sash windows (double glazing). The windows are flanked on either side by shutters. Below the half-hipped roof is a small clamped shutter. In the side facades are a number of clamped barn doors and decorative corner windows. In the rear facade are the part-doors flanked on either side by a round window with diagonal glazing bars. The farmhouse has lost its original agricultural function, consequently glass has been placed in the barn door openings, a number of roof lights installed and a second chimney placed. In the interior the original plan is largely still recognisable from the presence of the party wall as division between front and rear house and the elevated floor of the upper room with cellar. In the interior are also a number of original interior components such as for example a beam ceiling, anchor-beam trusses, tie-beams, door surrounds and chimney mantel. The barn with rectangular plan consists of a single storey closed by a gabled roof covered with interlocking plain tiles. In the facades with clinker brick and brick courses are rectangular door openings closed at the top by a concrete lintel with clamped moulded doors and cast-iron six-pane windows. The right side facade is built in new brick, the front facade is altered, the rear facade (new doors) and left side facade are largely original. On the plot stand some fruit trees as remnant of a former orchard.
