Omschrijving onderdeel 1:
HUIS gebouwd als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats "Het Schol" in 1851, naar ontwerp van ene M. van Harte. Het huis is een gepleisterd (thans roodbruin) gebouw van twee verdiepingen onder nieuw zinken schilddak aangebracht omstreeks 1980-1990,0 oorspronkelijk een plat dak. De symmetrische voorgevel bestaat uit een centrale brede middenrisaliet (drie vensterassen) met aan weerszijden een vensteras. Op de begane grond van de middenrisaliet bevinden zich drie boogdeuren waarboven een balkon met gietijzeren zuiltjes, bekroond door een rijk behandeld opzetstuk met ijzeren versieringen in neo-L.XV-stijl. Aan de achterkant bevindt zich een driezijdig uitgebouwde tuinkamer met boogvensters. Alle vensters worden afgesloten door stucwerkbekroningen, boven 6-ruitsramen; beneden in de beide zijtraveeën een breed, in drieën gedeeld venster met wisseldorpel.

HOUSE built as part of the historic estate "Het Schol" in 1851, designed by one M. van Harte. The house is a rendered (now reddish-brown) building of two storeys under a new zinc hipped roof applied around 1980-1990, originally a flat roof. The symmetrical front facade consists of a central broad central projecting section (three window bays) with on either side a window bay. On the ground floor of the central projecting section there are three arched doors above which a balcony with cast-iron columns, crowned by a richly treated superstructure with iron ornamentations in Neo-L.XV style. At the back there is a three-sided extended garden room with arched windows. All windows are closed by stucco mouldings, above 6-pane windows; below on both side bays a broad, divided into three window with alternating crossbeam.
