TUINMANSHUIS, (XIXc) gebouwd als onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats "Het Schol" ten noordwesten van het huis in de westrand van de wei; gepleisterd gebouwtje (zelfde kleur als huis) van één bouwlaag op rechthoekige plattegrond; zadeldak met grijze pannen en windveren, aan oostzijde (is voorzijde) ruim overkragend en steunend op ranke ronde zuiltjes; nok gevuld met houten delen, ajour gezaagd als versiering; oost- en noordgevel met een 9-ruitsraam, bekroond en verrijkt met een in het midden iets opgelichte kroonlijst op consoles; daarop en ook aan de onderzijde van de vensterbank krulvormige sierbanden van terracotta en/of hout.

GARDENER'S HOUSE, (19th century) built as part of the historical country estate "Het Schol" to the north-west of the house on the western edge of the meadow; rendered building (same colour as house) of one storey on rectangular plan; gabled roof with grey tiles and weathervanes, on east side (is front) substantially overhanging and supported on slender round columns; ridge filled with timber sections, sawn open as decoration; east and north facades with a 9-pane window, crowned and enriched with a cornice on consoles slightly raised in the middle; on it and also at the underside of the window sill ornamental bands of terracotta and/or timber in scroll form.
