Omschrijving onderdeel 3
Naast het hoofdgebouw staat een GARAGE in de vorm van een schaapskooi uit circa 1924 wellicht ook door architect Hanrath gebouwd. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken houten gebouw met gepleisterde plint bestaat uit één bouwlaag met afgeschuinde hoeken onder een rieten wolfsdak met overstek en bakstenen nokvorst. In de kopse voorgevel is een getoogde dubbele inrijdeur geflankeerd door een klein getoogd venster.
Waardering
De GARAGE is van algemeen belang:

Beside the main building stands a GARAGE in the form of a sheepfold from circa 1924 perhaps also built by architect Hanrath. The wooden building on a rectangular groundplan with whitewashed plinth consists of a single storey with chamfered corners under a thatched half-hipped roof with overhang and brick ridge tile. In the gable front façade is a arched double cart entrance door flanked by a small arched window.
