Omschrijving complexonderdeel 6 (bij Tolhuisweg 11 te Dalfsen):
HOUTLOODSJE (ca. 1920-30) behorende bij de historische buitenplaats Hessum, gelegen ten westen van het landhuis; rechthoekige plattegrond, open voorzijde; dragende constructie van stammen, gevels opgetrokken in dunne stammetjes, topgevels van horizontale gepotdekselde delen; kap deels voorzien van oud-Hollandse pannen en thans deels golfplaten.
Waardering Het HOUTLOODSJE is van algemeen belang: - vanwege de ouderdom; - vanwege het karakteristieke materiaalgebruik; - vanwege de funtioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de overige onderdelen van de buitenplaats.

WOOD SHED (circa 1920-30) belonging to the historical country estate Hessum, located to the west of the manor house; rectangular plan, open front side; supporting structure of logs, facades constructed of thin logs, gable ends of horizontal tarred wooden sections; roof partly furnished with old-Dutch tiles and now partly with corrugated sheet metal.
Valuation: The WOOD SHED is of general importance: - because of its age; - because of the characteristic use of materials; - because of the functional-spatial relationship with the other components of the country estate.
