Omschrijving complexonderdeel 4 (bij Tolhuisweg 11 te Dalfsen);
SCHUUR behorende bij de historische buitenplaats Hessum, tweede helft negentiende eeuw, gelegen achter het oostelijke bouwhuis; rechthoekige plattegrond, één bouwlaag; kap met wolfseinden, voorzien van gesmoorde oud-Hollandse pannen; ankerbalkgebinten, deels voorzien van een zoldering. Kopgevel voorzien van dubbele, naar buiten draaiende inrijdeuren en horizontale gepotdekselde delen, diverse staldeurtjes en stalraampjes in de gevels.
Waardering: De SCHUUR is van algemeen belang: - vanwege de ouderdom; -vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de overige onderdelen van de buitenplaats.

Description of complex component 4 (at Tolhuisweg 11, Dalfsen);
BARN belonging to the historical country estate Hessum, second half of the nineteenth century, located behind the eastern farmhouse; rectangular plan, one storey; roof with half-hipped ends, furnished with suppressed old-Dutch tiles; tie-beam frames, partly provided with a ceiling. Gable end furnished with double outward-opening barn doors and horizontal tarred wooden sections, various stable doors and stable windows in the facades.
Valuation: The BARN is of general importance: - because of its age; - because of the functional-spatial relationship with the other components of the country estate.
