Omschrijving onderdeel 1:
Tolhuisweg 11 HOOFDGEBOUW. Op rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken eenvoudig bakstenen gebouw uit tweede kwart negentiende eeuw bestaande uit twee bouwlagen onder schilddak met grijze pannen; de voorgevel telt vijf traveeën onder brede daklijst; getoogde zeslichtvensters in rechthoekige kozijnen; centrale voordeur met bovenlicht; meerruitsramen in achter- en zijgevels.

Tolhuisweg 11 MAIN BUILDING. Built on a rectangular floor plan, simple brick building from the second quarter of the nineteenth century consisting of two storeys under a hipped roof with grey tiles; the front façade has five bays under a broad cornice; arched six-light windows in rectangular frames; multi-pane windows in rear and side façades.
