Omschrijving onderdeel 14: HUIS 'VOORLAAN'.
Het bakstenen woonhuis met pannen zadeldak is in 1880 gebouwd als dienstwoning bij kasteel Beverweert. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft op de begane grond een deur met bovenlicht geflankeerd door een zesruits schuifvenster met luiken. Op de zolderverdieping is in 1964 een klein draaivenster aangebracht op de plaats van een rond venster. Eronder bevindt zich in stucwerk een gevelplaat met de naam Voorlaan en het jaartal 1880 erop. In de zijgevels zijn eveneens zesruits schuifvensters aangebracht. De luiken zijn geschilderd in de kleuren van Beverweert. Het huis werd in 2000 gerestaureerd.
Waardering
Het HUIS 'VOORLAAN' is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:
- als gaaf voorbeeld van een laat 19de-eeuwse dienstwoning behorende bij een historische buitenplaats;

Description component 14: HOUSE 'VOORLAAN'.
The brick dwelling house with tiled gabled roof was built in 1880 as a service dwelling at castle Beverweert. The symmetrically arranged front facade has on the ground floor a door with fanlight flanked by a six-light sash window with shutters. On the attic storey a small pivot window was installed in 1964 in place of a round window. Below it is a decorative plaque in stucco with the name Voorlaan and the date 1880. In the side facades six-light sash windows are likewise installed. The shutters are painted in the colours of Beverweert. The house was restored in 2000.

The HOUSE 'VOORLAAN' is of general cultural-historical importance:
- as a fine example of a late 19th-century service dwelling belonging to a historic country estate;
