Omschrijving onderdeel 12: KOETSHUIS.
In 1847 in neogotische stijl gebouwd koetshuis, gelegen in het park ten zuidoosten van de oprijlaan in het park; het gepleisterde gebouw op natuurstenen plint bezit een rechthoekige plattegrond en één bouwlaag onder een schilddak met gesmoorde pannen gedekt; aan de westzijde van het dak zijn doorlopende dakkapellen toegevoegd; het middendeel van de westgevel telt drie bouwlagen in de vorm van een toren; middenin een dubbele deur, die aan de bovenzijde rond eindigt; in de deur een grill onder "ezelsrug" met een lelie in top; erboven een gietijzeren venster met eenzelfde omlijsting en daarboven een rond venster tussen "schietsleuven" (deze kenmerken bezit de toren aan alle vier zijden); de bovenzijde van de toren is voorzien van een rondboogfries; links en rechts van de dubbele deur een paardenhoofd; naast de deur gevelvelden die iets terugliggen en daarin aan beide kanten een venster, identiek aan het venster boven de deur; het geheel van ingangspartij en vensters is omgeven door pleisterwerk in rustica; de daarnaast gelegen gevelvelden kennen ieder twee hoge dubbele staldeuren, met goed gedetailleerd hang- en sluitwerk, waarvan het rechter paar is vervangen door vensters; in de kozijnen duimen voor luiken; de zuidgevel bezit twee dubbele vensters en een deur in het midden; op het dakvlak een dubbele dakkapel toegevoegd; oostgevel vele vensters, een deur; veel dakkapellen toegevoegd; de noordgevel bezit een deur met halfcirkelvormig bovenlicht en een dito venster ernaast; links van de deur eenvoudig dubbelvenster.
Aan het einde van de jaren '90 is het koetshuis witgeschilderd.

Description of component 12: COACH HOUSE.
Coach house built in 1847 in neogothic style, located in the park to the southeast of the drive in the park; the rendered building on a natural stone plinth has a rectangular ground plan and one storey under a hipped roof covered with half-hipped tiles; continuous roof dormers have been added to the west side of the roof; the central part of the west facade comprises three storeys in the form of a tower; in the centre a double door, which ends in a rounded shape at the top; in the door a grille under "horseback" with a lily at the top; above it a cast-iron window with similar framing and above that a round window between "loopholes" (the tower possesses these features on all four sides); the top of the tower is provided with a semicircular frieze; to the left and right of the double door a horse head; beside the door facade fields which lie slightly recessed and in which on both sides a window, identical to the window above the door; the whole of entrance section and windows is surrounded by rusticated render; the adjacent facade fields each feature two tall double stable doors, with well-detailed hinges and locks, of which the right pair have been replaced by windows; in the frames thumb latches for shutters; the south facade has two double windows and a door in the centre; on the roof plane a double roof dormer added; east facade many windows, a door; many roof dormers added; the north facade has a door with semicircular fanlight and a similar window next to it; to the left of the door a simple double window.
At the end of the 1990s the coach house was painted white.
