Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu onderkomen voor asielzoekers.
Het pand is gelegen in de zuidwestelijke hoek van het complex tussen de nummers 23 en 59. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Groot gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, de ingang links in de lange zijde, zadeldak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, topgevel met vlechtingen, twee dakkapellen met een zinken schilddakje, twee gemetselde schoorstenen. Deur en vensters zijn grotendeels nog origineel. Het dakvenster met kantelraam en de brandtrap zijn latere toevoegingen.
