Inleiding.
Schop met privaat, behorend bij de boerderij De Kraan uit 1882.
Omschrijving.
Het schop scheidt het achtererf van de Enschotsebaan en bestaat uit een langgerekt eenlaags gebouw op rechthoekige grondslag, gedekt door een zadeldak met oud Hollandse pannen. De straatgevel is op een tweetal getoogde stalvensters met vorktracering na, geheel blind, en voorzien van een drievoudige muizetandlijst. De oostelijke en de westelijke zijgevel zijn voorzien van vlechtingen en een lage nokruiter. In de eerste een zesruits schuifvenster, in de laatste een drietal kleine lichten. De noordelijke gevel, aan het achtererf, is van links naar rechts voorzien van een opgeklampte deur met driedelig bovenlicht, een inrijpoort, privaatdeur en nogmaals een inrijpoort en opgeklampte deur, alle opgeklampt en met rechte latei. Het privaat is nog aanwezig.
Waardering.
Het schop is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorische waarden als uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in de tweede helft van de negentiende eeuw en is tevens van belang voor de typologische ontwikkeling. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarden vanwege het belang voor de geschiedenis van de bouwtechniek. Het is van belang wegens de gaafheid van het exterieur en delen van het interieur.

Description.
The coach house separates the rear courtyard from the Enschotsebaan and consists of an elongated single-storey building on a rectangular base, covered by a gabled roof with old Dutch tiles. The street facade is, except for two arched stable windows with forked tracery, entirely blind, and provided with a triple dog-tooth cornice. The eastern and western side gables are provided with brick nogging and a low roof ridge board. In the first a six-pane sash window, in the latter three small lights. The northern gable, on the rear courtyard, is provided from left to right with a clamped door with three-part fanlight, a cart entrance, a privy door and again a cart entrance and clamped door, all clamped and with straight lintel. The privy is still present.
Valuation.
The coach house is of general interest. The building has cultural-historical values as an expression of the socio-economic development of agriculture in the second half of the nineteenth century and is also significant for typological development. It has architectural-historical values because of its significance for the history of building technique. It is significant because of the integrity of the exterior and parts of the interior.
