Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu dubbel woonhuis. Het pand is gelegen ten noorden van de weg en bevindt zich tussen de nummers 25, 36 en 39. De kopgevel staat haaks op de weg. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Groot gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, een met verbeterde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met wolfseinden, tufstenen aanzetstenen, in elk van de kopgevels een licht getoogde ingang met gemetseld laag trapje, in de elk lange gevels dakkapellen onder een zinken schilddakje, drie gemetselde schoorstenen. Enkele van de vensters in de lange gevels zijn vergroot. Bij de na-oorlogse splitsing werden de ingangen aan de kopgevels aangebracht. Ook de interne indeling werd hierbij gewijzigd.

Large building type on rectangular ground plan with facades in fair-faced brickwork, a gabled roof covered with improved Dutch tiles with half-hipped roof ends, tufa stone corner stones, in each of the gable ends a slightly arched entrance with brick low steps, in each of the long facades roof dormers under a zinc hipped roof, three brick chimneys. Some of the windows in the long facades have been enlarged. With the post-war division the entrances were created at the gable ends. The internal layout was also altered at this time.
