Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu onderkomen voor asielzoekers.
Het pand is gelegen aan de zuidzijde van de weg, ten zuidoosten van nummer 45. De lange gevel staat haaks op de weg. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Groot gebouwentype met gevels in schoon metselwerk, een zadeldak met wolfseinden, gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, tufstenen aanzetstenen, drie dakkapellen met zinken schilddak in elk van de lange gevels, een iets terugliggende ingang links in de noordzijde. De vensters aan de oostzijde zijn sterk vergroot en hebben ramen met een tienruits roedenverdeling. De deur is nog origineel.
