Inleiding.
Het pand is een, ten opzichte van de weg iets achteraf gelegen, klein rechthoekig LEGERINGSGEBOUW dat tegenwoordig tot onderkomen voor asielzoekers dient. Het is gesitueerd tussen de nummers 5 en 10 in. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Het pand heeft een steil schilddak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. Iets terugliggende ingang met originele opgeklampte deur met ijzerbeslag. Deuromlijsting met gemetselde blokpilasters. Dakkapel gewijzigd, dakvenster toegevoegd.
In de voorgevel zijn de oorspronkelijke vensters vergroot. Ook de bedekking van de dakkapellen is gewijzigd. Na de oorlog is er intern een ketelhok gebouwd.
