Inleiding.
OPSLAGGEBOUW/GARAGE op rechthoekige grondslag, gelegen aan de westzijde van gebouw 11 tegenover het vrijwel identieke opslaggebouw 15. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Pand van één bouwlaag met muren in schoon metselwerk onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak. In de korte gevel bevinden zich drie met een segmentboog overtoogde poorten. In de lange gevel bevinden zich drie naast elkaar gelegen recht gesloten hoge poorten met een gezamenlijke betonlatei. De vensters in de beide lange gevels zijn vergroot.
Waardering.
Het pand is van algemeen belang.
Het pand heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van een landschappelijke en bestuurlijke ontwikkeling.
Het pand heeft architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege de bijzondere samenhang tussen exterieur en interieur.

Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, tegenwoordig onderkomen voor asielzoekers, gesitueerd aan de oostelijke rand van het complex, naast nummer 7. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Groot gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag onder een met verbeterde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Tufstenen aanzetblokjes. Het gebouw heeft een licht getoogde, terugliggende ingang aan de korte straatzijde. Houten opgeklampte deur met ijzerbeslag. Vrijwel alle vensters zijn nog origineel. Dakkapellen onder een gewijzigd zinken schilddak. Aan het gebouw is na de oorlog een ketelhok toegevoegd.

The building has a slightly arched, recessed entrance on the short street-facing side. Wooden clamp-fastened door with iron fittings. Virtually all windows are still original. Roof dormers under a modified zinc hipped roof. A boiler house was added to the building after the war.
