Omschrijving
Inleiding.
Voormalig KANTOOR- en SCHOOLGEBOUW, tegenwoordig onder meer bureau voor rechtshulp. Het pand is gesitueerd aan de oostelijke kant van het complex, tegenover de nummers 4 en 5.
Oorspronkelijk bestond het pand uit twee losse rechthoekige gebouwen; nummers 6 en 7, die na de oorlog door een rechthoekig tussenlid onder een zadeldak met elkaar verbonden zijn. Dit tussenlid valt buiten de bescherming. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
De samengevoegde gebouwen hebben een ruwweg L-vormige plattegrond.
Het rechter gedeelte bestaat uit een middelgroot rechthoekig gebouw onder een steil schilddak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. Iets terugliggende ingang met originele opgeklampte deur met ijzerbeslag. Deuromlijsting met gemetselde blokpilasters. Dakkapellen gewijzigd, dakvensters en brandtrap toegevoegd. Het linker gedeelte is een middelgroot gebouw, rechthoekig van vorm en heeft een zadeldak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. De vensters zijn voor het grootste deel origineel. De bedekkingen van de dakkapellen zijn gewijzigd. Aan het gebouw is een brandtrap en een ketelhuis toegevoegd.
Waardering.
Het pand is van algemeen belang.
Het pand heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van een landschappelijke en bestuurlijke ontwikkeling.

Former OFFICE and SCHOOL BUILDING, currently housing, among other things, a legal aid bureau. The building is situated on the eastern side of the complex, opposite numbers 4 and 5.
Originally the building consisted of two separate rectangular structures; numbers 6 and 7, which after the war were connected by a rectangular intermediate section under a gabled roof. This intermediate section falls outside the protection. The building was constructed in 1941-1942 as an imitation of the German Craft-Traditional building style.

The combined buildings have a roughly L-shaped ground plan.
The right section consists of a medium-sized rectangular building under a steep hipped roof covered with improved Dutch tiles. Slightly recessed entrance with original clamp-fastened door with iron fittings. Door surround with moulded block pilasters. Roof dormers modified, roof windows and fire escape added. The left section is a medium-sized building, rectangular in form and has a gabled roof covered with improved Dutch tiles. The windows are for the most part original. The coverings of the roof dormers have been modified. A fire escape and a boiler house have been added to the building.
