Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu onderkomen voor asielzoekers.
Het pand is naast nummer 30 gelegen aan de zuidzijde van de weg met de lange gevel parallel daaraan. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Middelgroot gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, topgevels met vlechtingen, een zadeldak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, een centraal in de lange gevel aan de voorzijde gelegen, licht getoogde, terugliggende, ingang met gemetseld laag trapje, aan elke lange zijde een centrale dakkapel onder een zinken schilddakje.
Vrijwel alle vensters zijn en de deur zijn nog origineel.

Virtually all windows and the door are still original.
