GALERIJ met MUZIEKKIOSK. Gebouwd in de jaren dertig ter voltooiing van het Raadhuisplein.
Omschrijving
Zeshoekige kiosk, uitgevoerd in baksteen bekroond door een tentdak met harp-symbool, het dak is gedekt met leien. De voet heeft kleine kruisvormige uitsparingen. Elk gevelvlak heeft een grote rondboogopening op een natuurstenen pijler. In de openingen bevinden zich thans ramen met aluminium kozijnen. Links van deze kiosk een galerij met rondboogdoorgangen naar de Grotestraat. Rechts ervan bevindt zich een wat lager gedeelte, in gebruik als winkelruimte.
Waardering

Description
Hexagonal kiosk, executed in brickwork crowned by a tent roof with harp symbol, the roof is covered with slates. The base has small cross-shaped recesses. Each facade section has a large round-arch opening on a natural stone pillar. In the openings are now windows with aluminium frames. To the left of this kiosk a gallery with round-arch passages to the Grotestraat. To its right is a somewhat lower section, in use as retail space.
