Omschrijving
Inleiding.
Vroeg 20ste eeuwse SCHUUR (7) is vormgegeven in een Cottagestijl door de toepassing van gepotdekselde delen. De bij de moestuin behorende schuur is gedeeltelijk opgenomen in de tuinmuur en bevindt zich in de noordhoek daarvan.
N.B.: De aanbouw aan de zuidoostzijde is voor bescherming van ondergeschikt belang.
Omschrijving.
De eenlaagse tuinschuur met zolderverdieping op rechthoekige plattegrond wordt gedekt door een met rode leipannen gedekt zadeldak, waarvan de nokrichting in noordwest/zuidoostelijke richting loopt. Op de nok in Engelse trant gemetselde schoorsteen onder een zadeldakje. Van de in grauwe handvormsteen opgetrokken gevels loopt de noordoostelijke in het verlengde van de tuinmuur. Aan de zuidwestzijde komt de tuinmuur in het midden haaks uit op de zuidwestelijke langsgevel. Ter hoogte van de bakstenen lekdorpels van de vensters loopt een rollaag over de gevels. Vanaf de verdieping zijn de gevels bekleed met gepotdekselde delen. De ramen hebben deels nog de oorspronkelijke roedenverdeling. Bij beide langsgevels (noordoost, zuidwest) zijn twee rechtgesloten (geblindeerde) vensters symmetrisch in de gevel geplaatst. Onder een opgelicht dakschild bevinden zich kleine segmentbogige dakramen, voorzien van verticale roedenverdeling. De beide kopgevels zijn afgeknotte puntgevels met een symmetrische indeling. Op de begane grond bevindt zich onder een latei een dubbele deur met aan weerszijde een smal zesruits raam. Op de verdieping wordt een rondbogige deur geflankeerd door een kleine vierruits raam.
Waardering.
De vroeg 20ste eeuwse schuur is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur-, architectuurhistorische waarde, als functioneel-ruimtelijke onderdeel van de buitenplaats. De schuur is tevens van belang als voorbeeld van een bijgebouw uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw in Cottagestijl.
Het pand is uitwendig redelijk gaaf en herkenbaar wat betreft hoofdvorm en materiaalgebruik.
De schuur heeft tevens ensemblewaarde door de visuele en ruimtelijke samenhang met de overige complexonderdelen, in het bijzonder met de moestuin.

Early 20th century SHED (7) is designed in Cottage Style through the application of slate-hung sections. The shed belonging to the kitchen garden is partially incorporated into the garden wall and is located in its north corner.
N.B.: The extension on the southeast side is of secondary importance for protection purposes.
Description.
The single-storey garden shed with attic storey on rectangular plan is covered by a roof tiled with red slate, with the ridge running in a northwest/southeast direction. On the ridge a chimney built in English bond under a small gabled roof. Of the facades constructed in grey handmade brick, the northeast side runs in line with the garden wall. On the southwest side the garden wall projects at right angles in the middle onto the southwest long facade. At the height of the brick drip edges of the windows runs a roll moulding across the facades. From the attic storey onwards the facades are clad with slate-hung sections. The windows have partly retained their original glazing bars. At both long facades (northeast, southwest) two round-headed (blocked) windows are placed symmetrically in the facade. Below an open roof dormer are small segmental arch roof windows, provided with vertical glazing bars. Both gable ends are truncated point gables with a symmetrical layout. On the ground floor a double door under a lintel is situated, with a narrow six-light window on each side. On the attic storey a round-arch door is flanked by a small four-light window.
Valuation.
The early 20th century shed is of general importance due to its cultural and architectural-historical value as a functional-spatial component of the country estate. The shed is also of importance as an example of an outbuilding from the beginning of the 20th century in Cottage Style.
The building is externally reasonably well-preserved and recognizable with regard to its main form and use of materials.
The shed also has ensemble value through the visual and spatial coherence with the other complex components, in particular with the kitchen garden.
