Inleiding
Woningen, in aansluiting op het hoekpand met winkel (Grotestraat). Gebouwd in 1941. Op de begane grond gedeeltelijk ook in gebruik als winkel.
Omschrijving
Twee tweelaags huizen onder zadeldak waarvan de nok haaks op het raadhuisplein staat. De daken zijn gedekt met romaanse pannen. Beide voorgevels zijn drie traveeën breed en gespiegeld ten opzichte van elkaar. Op de begane grond is een smalle houten rondboogdeur aangebracht, er zijn twee rondboog etalageramen met metalen kozijnen. Op de verdieping hebben de huizen zesruits ramen. In de topgevel van het linker huis is in een verticaal aangebracht betegeld deel het jaartal 1941 leesbaar.

Two two-storey houses under gabled roof with the ridge perpendicular to the Town Hall Square. The roofs are covered with Roman tiles. Both front facades are three bays wide and mirrored in relation to each other. On the ground floor a narrow wooden round-arch door has been installed, there are two round-arch shop windows with metal frames. On the upper storey the houses have six-light windows. In the gable top of the left house the year 1941 is legible in a vertically placed tiled section.
