Voormalig WOONHUIS uit 1953, later omgebouwd tot politiekantoor, en daarna als gemeentearchief. Door een muur met ezelsrug en rondboogpoort met het huis rechts ernaast verbonden.
Omschrijving
Tweelaags huis onder een zadeldak waarvan de nok evenwijdig aan het plein loopt. Het dak is gedekt met leien. In de bakstenen gevel bevinden zich diverse natuurstenen elementen zoals de hoekblokken van de bogen om de portiek en ramen, deze zijn uitgevoerd in natuursteen. Hardstenen vensterbanken en neuten. In het midden van de gevel is een breed portiek met natuurstenen vloertje. De zware houten deur heeft groot smeedijzeren beslag. Aan weerszijden daarvan bevinden zich gekoppelde zesruits ramen. Boven de ramen op de verdieping een segmentboogfries met hardstenen aanzetstenen op de hoeken boven de ramen.
De linkerzijgevel heeft in de top twee staande ramen. Tegen deze zijgevel is later een éénlaagse aanbouw onder plat dak toegevoegd, in de stijl van de hoofdmassa.
Waardering
Het woonhuis is van algemeen belang. Het pand is van cultuurhistorisch belang als uitdrukking van een sociaaleconomische ontwikkeling. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde wegens vormgeving en materiaalgebruik. Het heeft ensemblewaarde als essentieel onderdeel van het geheel.

Description
Two-storey house under a gabled roof of which the ridge runs parallel to the square. The roof is covered with slates. In the brick elevation are various natural stone elements such as the corner stones of the arches around the portico and windows, these are executed in natural stone. Hard stone windowsills and corbels. In the centre of the elevation is a broad portico with natural stone flooring. The heavy wooden door has large wrought-iron fittings. On either side are coupled six-pane windows. Above the windows on the upper floor is a segment-arch frieze with hard stone setting stones at the corners above the windows.
The left side elevation has two tall windows in the top. Later, a single-storey annex under a flat roof was added against this side elevation, in the style of the main mass.
Valuation
The dwelling house is of general interest. The building is of cultural-historical importance as an expression of socio-economic development. It has architectural-historical value because of its design and material use. It has ensemble value as an essential part of the whole.
