Inleiding
De SCHUUR is gebouwd in streekeigen stijl en ligt direct in het verlengde achter de boerderij en is gebouwd aan het begin van de negentiende eeuw of het einde van de achttiende eeuw (1791?).
Omschrijving
De hoge éénlaagse schuur heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en een wolfsdak met riet. De borstweringen zijn nu opgemetseld van handvorm en machinale baksteen, verder zijn drie gevels ingevuld met gepotdekseld hout. In de voorgevel bevinden zich twee vierruits raampjes in de nok, in de achter- en linkerzijgevel houten staldeuren en een halfrond raam in de rechterzijgevel.
In de achtergevel diverse stalramen en een rond raam.
De schuur is voorzien van een anker/dekbalkconstructie. Inwendig bevindt zich onder andere een inscriptie "W VD H Ao 1791".
Waardering
De schuur is van algemeen belang. De schuur is van cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische en typologische ontwikkeling van het boerenbedrijf in de Langstraat. Architectuurhistorisch is het van belang vanwege de gaafheid. De schuur heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de ligging en is als zodanig van belang voor het aanzien van de streek.

Description
The tall single-storey barn has a rectangular floor plan and a half-hipped roof with thatch. The breast walls are now built up of hand-made and machine-made brickwork, and three facades are infilled with timber potdeck. In the front facade are two four-pane windows in the ridge, in the rear and left side facades wooden stable doors and a semicircular window in the right side facade.
In the rear facade various stable windows and a round window.
The barn is provided with an anchor/tie-beam construction. Internally, among other things, is an inscription "W VD H Ao 1791".
Assessment
The barn is of general interest. The barn is of cultural-historical interest as an example of the socio-economic and typological development of the farm business in the Langstraat.
