Inleiding.
De VARKENSSTAL uit 1917 is gebouwd in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwstijl. Zij is naast de schuur gelegen.
Omschrijving.
De eenlaags varkensstal is opgetrokken uit baksteen en gebouwd op rechthoekig grondplan. In de voorgevel is een drietal getoogde, houten deuren geplatst met links daarvan een klein getoogd venster met ijzeren roedenraam. Aan de voorzijde loopt een gestucte plint. Het zadeldak is belegd met eternietleien in kruisdekking.
Waardering.
De varkensstal is van algemeen belang. Zij heeft cultuurhistorische waarde vanwege de verwijzing naar het belang van de veeteeltcultuur in het kleigebied. Zij heeft architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwstijl. Zij heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de samenhang met de overige complexonderdelen. Zij is gaaf behouden en relatief zeldzaam als voorbeeld van een varkensstal bij een Interbellum-boerderij in overgangsarchitectuur.

The single-storey pig sty is constructed of brick and built on a rectangular ground plan. In the front gable are three arched wooden doors with a small arched window with iron rod frame to the left. On the front side a stuccoed plinth runs along. The gabled roof is covered with asbestos-cement slates in diagonal overlap.
Valuation.
The pig sty is of general importance. It has cultural-historical value because of the reference to the importance of livestock farming culture in the clay region. It has architectural-historical value as an example of Craft-Traditional building style. It has ensemble value because of the coherence with the other complex components. It is well preserved and relatively rare as an example of a pig sty at an Interwar farm in transitional architecture.
