Inleiding.
De MELKKAMER uit 1917 is gebouwd in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwstijl en is gelegen tussen de woning en de schuur.
Omschrijving.
De eenvoudige, eenlaags melkkamer is gebouwd op rechthoekig grondplan en is opgetrokken uit baksteen. Zij heeft aan de voorzijde een rechtgesloten houten deur en dito venster met gedeeld roedenraam. In de achtergevel is een getoogd venster met ijzeren roedenraam geplaatst. De melkkamer heeft een plat dak. Het interieur bestaat uit een kamer en is ontdaan van de koelbakken.
Waardering.
De melkkamer is van algemeen belang. Zij heeft cultuurhistorische waarde vanwege de verwijzing naar het belang van de veeteeltcultuur in het kleigebied. Zij heeft architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwstijl. Zij heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de samenhang met de andere complexonderdelen. The simple, single-storey milk room is built on a rectangular plan and is constructed of brickwork. It has a right-angled wooden door on the front and likewise a window with divided glazing bars. In the rear gable is an arched window with an iron glazing-bar frame. The milk room has a flat roof. The interior consists of one room and has been stripped of the cooling tanks.
