Inleiding.
De SCHUUR uit 1917 is gebouwd in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwstijl en is achter de woning en los daarvan gelegen. Zij is gebouwd om het vee in te stallen, werktuigen in onder te brengen en diende tevens voor opslag. Zij is nu niet meer in gebruik als veestal maar wel om werktuigen in onder te brengen en voor opslag.
Omschrijving.
De grote SCHUUR is gebouwd op rechthoekig grondplan en is opgetrokken uit baksteen. In voor- en achtegevel is een grote getoogde poort aangebracht met dubbele houten deuren onder gedeeld, getoogd bovenlicht. De voorgevel heeft nog een tweede, kleinere getoogde poort met dubbele getoogde houten deur. Voorts hebben zowel voor- als achtergevel een enkele getoogde houten deur. In de voorgevel is ter hoogte van de verdieping een tweetal getoogde ramen met ijzeren roedenverdeling geplaatst. Dezelfde ramen zijn in de achtergevel aangebracht op de verdieping en op de begane grond. In beide topgevels is een ijzeren roosvenster aangebracht. Centraal in de topgevel van de voorgevel is een kleine nis aangebracht met daarin een Mariabeeld. De schilden van de mansarde kap zijn belegd met eterniet-leien in kruisdekking. Tegen de rechter zijgevel is een recente aanbouw geplaatst, die buiten de bescherming valt. De indeling van het interieur is in grote lijnen ongewijzigd, met houten verdiepingsvloer en stallen voor het vee. De houten kapconstructie met Hollandse spanten is nog oorspronkelijk.
Waardering.
De schuur is van algemeen belang. Zij heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van het type veeschuur in het kleigebied en als uiting van dekatholieke geloofsbeleving op het platteland, vanwege het Mariabeeld. Zij heeft architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwstijl. Zij heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de samenhang met de andere complexonderdelen. Zij is gaaf behouden en relatief zeldzaam.

In the front gable at the height of the first floor two arched windows with iron glazing bars are placed. The same windows are arranged in the rear gable on the first floor and on the ground floor. In both end gables an iron grille window is provided. Centrally in the end gable of the front facade a small niche is provided with a Mary image in it. The slopes of the mansard roof are covered with asbestos slate in crossed bond. Against the right side gable a recent extension is placed, which falls outside the protection. The interior layout is largely unchanged, with wooden floor and stalls for livestock. The wooden roof truss structure with Dutch collar ties is still original.
