Inleiding.
De STAL werd gebouwd in 1939, waarschijnlijk naar ontwerp van architect Max Winders uit Antwerpen, in Traditionalistische stijl met Um 1800-motieven. De schuur bevindt zich parallel achter de langgevelboerderij.
Omschrijving.
De stal heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en een asymmetrisch geknikt zadeldak met rode verbeterde Hollandse dakpannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken uit machinale baksteen. De vormgeving van staldeuren en ramen komt overeen met die van de boerderij; getoogde afsluitingen met uitgemetselde wenkbrauwbogen. Het dak kraagt aan alle zijden over. De lange zijden zijn voorzien van stalramen tussen baksteen lisenen. De zijgevels hebben twee stel rechtgesloten dubbele staldeuren. In de nok zijn twee raampjes metexpressionistische roedenverdeling geplaatst.
Waardering.
De stal is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van een sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, met name de ontginning en stichting van landgoederen met agrarische functie nabij de landsgrens, tevens is het van belang als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de bijzondere variant van de Traditionalistische stijl. Het complex is tevens van belang vanwege de gaafheid van met name het exterieur en de hoogwaardige kwaliteit van de samenstellende onderdelen.

The stable has a rectangular floor plan and an asymmetrical angled gabled roof with red improved Dutch roof tiles. The facades are constructed from machine-made brickwork. The design of stable doors and windows corresponds to that of the farmhouse; arched closures with moulded eyebrow arches. The roof overhangs on all sides. The long sides are provided with stable windows between brick pilasters. The side facades have two sets of closed double stable doors. In the ridge two windows are placed with Expressionist glazing bars.
Valuation.
The stable is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical importance as an example of a socio-economic development, namely the reclamation and establishment of estates with agricultural function near the national border, it is also important as an example of the typological development of the farmhouse. It has architectural-historical value because of the particular variant of the Traditionalist style. The complex is also important because of the good preservation in particular of the exterior and the high quality of the constituent parts.
