Inleiding.
Het complex van de acht beambtenwoningen heeft een ERFSCHEIDING aan de straat. De andere onderdelen van het complex zijn: I vier beambtenwoningen; II vier beambtenwoningen (spiegelbeeld van I); III schuur; IV schuur (spiegelbeeld van III).
Omschrijving.
De erfscheiding bestaat uit een gemetseld muurtje aan de straat voorzien van een strekkenlaag. Het opgaand werk komt overeen met dat van het woonblok echter het is gemetseld in halfsteensverband.
Waardering.
Het complex is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van een culturele en sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, in het bijzonder de industrialisatie van Tilburg. Het is van belang als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de woningbouw voor beambten. Het heeft architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege de plaats in het werk van de architect Ingwersen. Het geheel is gaaf bewaard gebleven en is als samenhangend complex van beambtenwoningen redelijk zeldzaam.

The complex is of general interest. It has cultural-historical significance as a distinctive expression of cultural and socio-economic development, in particular the industrialisation of Tilburg. It is of significance as an example of the typological development of staff housing. It has architectural-historical significance because of its place in the work of architect Ingwersen. The whole has been preserved intact and as a coherent complex of staff dwellings is reasonably rare.
