Omschrijving
Inleiding.
De schuur ligt op de kop van het woningblok van vier woningen (onderdeel II).
De andere onderdelen van het complex zijn: I vier beambtenwoningen ; II vier beambtenwoningen (spiegelbeeld van I); III schuur; V erfscheiding aan de straat.
Omschrijving.
De schuur heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond. Het gebouw is gedekt door een zadeldak met de nokrichting parallel aan de straat. In de zijgevel bevindt zich de toegangsdeur en een klein vierkant raampje in de voorgevel. Het opgaand werk komt overeen met dat van het woonblok echter het is gemetseld in halfsteensverband. Het dak heeft dezelfde pannen als het blok.
Waardering.
Het complex is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van een culturele en sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, in het bijzonder de industrialisatie van Tilburg. Het is van belang als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de woningbouw voor beambten. Het heeft architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege de plaats in het werk van de architect Ingwersen. Het geheel is gaaf bewaard gebleven en is als samenhangend complex van beambtenwoningen redelijk zeldzaam.

The shed has a rectangular floor plan. The building is covered by a gabled roof with the ridge direction parallel to the street. In the side facade is the access door and a small square window in the front facade. The masonry corresponds to that of the dwelling block, however it is laid in half-brick bond. The roof has the same tiles as the block.
Valuation.
The complex is of general importance. It has cultural-historical importance as a particular expression of a cultural and socio-economic development, in particular the industrialisation of Tilburg. It is important as an example of the typological development of staff housing construction. It has architectural-historical importance because of its place in the work of architect Ingwersen. The whole has been preserved in good condition and as a coherent complex of staff dwellings is fairly rare.
