Het erf van kerk en pastorie wordt aan de straatkant afgescheiden door een SCHANSMUUR.

De schansmuur bestaat uit een laag muurtje met ezelsrug met hoekpilasters bij ingangen van kerk en pastorie. Het opgaande werk van de schansmuur komt overeen met dat van de kerk en pastorie. Het bestaat uit miskleurige rode handgevormde baksteen, gemetseld in wild verband. De baksteen, met een formaat van 5,3 x 9,7 x 23,5 cm, komt van de steenfabriek Udenhout.
Waardering
