Inleiding.
SCHUUR met rechthoekige plattegrond. Deze ligt met de voorgevel in de rooilijn noordelijk van het woonhuis. Oorspronkelijk bevond zich hierin het washuis en toilet van het huis.
Omschrijving.
De schuur heeft een zadeldak met overstek. Het dak is gedekt met een rode Tuile du Nord met op de koppen houten windveren en gevelmakelaar met een kegelvormig huisteken als bekroning. Aan de kant van het woonhuis heeft de schuur een toegangsdeur met ernaast een roedenvenster. Aan de straatkant eveneens een roedenvenster.
Het opgaand werk heeft overeenkomsten met dat van het woonhuis. Het bestaat uit een laag gemetseld bakstenen basement van machinale rood/paarse steen gemetseld in kruisverband. Hierop een houten skelet aan de buitenkant bekleed met gegalvaniseerde ijzeren golfplaten voorzien van horizontaal en verticaal stijl en regelwerk waardoor een houten vakwerk ontstaat. Het houtwerk van dak en wanden is donkergroen geschilderd, dit in sterk contrast met de vensters en golfplaten die een witte lichte kleur hebben.

Het complex is van algemeen belang. Het is cultuurhistorisch van belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van een culturele, technische en typologische ontwikkeling.
