Inleiding
Ten noorden van de schuur staat, met de nok haaks aan de straat, een kleine PAARDENSTAL, daterende uit omstreeks 1860 en opgetrokken in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele stijl met Eclectische motieven. Het gebouwtje is nu een varkenshok.
Omschrijving
De stal heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond, telt één bouwlaag en is voorzien van een lessenaarsdak. De bakstenen gevels zijn, op de oostelijke voorgeven na, blind. Deze voorgevel is voorzien van een opgeklampte tweedelige staldeur, geflankeerd door een getoogd ijzeren stalvenster. Boven de deur is een achtlobbi roosvenster aangebracht; boven elk van de vensters een kleinere oculus.
Waardering
De paardenstal is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in West-Brabant en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de paardenstal. Architectuurhistorisch is het pand van belang vanwege de rijke ornamentiek. Het geheel heeft ensemblewaarden wegens de samenhang met het omliggende poldergebied dat nog de oorspronkelijke verkaveling bezit. Het is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid en is als vertegenwoordiger van een meerledige polderboerderij van het West-Brabantse type zeldzaam, tevens is het als voorbeeld van een vrijstaande paardenstal zeldzaam.

North of the barn stands, with the ridge perpendicular to the street, a small HORSE STABLE, dating from around 1860 and constructed in Craftsman-Traditional style with Eclectic motifs. The small building is now a pig sty.
Description
The stable has a rectangular ground plan, has one storey and is provided with a lean-to roof. The brick facades are, except for the eastern front facade, blind. This front facade is provided with a bolted two-part stable door, flanked by an arched iron stable window. Above the door is an eight-lobed rose window; above each of the windows a smaller oculus.
Valuation
The horse stable is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical importance as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in West Brabant and as an example of the typological development of the horse stable. From an architectural-historical perspective, the property is important because of its rich ornamentation. The whole has ensemble values because of the coherence with the surrounding polder area which still retains its original field layout. It is important because of its integrity and is rare as a representative of a multi-part West Brabant-type farm stable; it is also rare as an example of a detached horse stable.
